PROPERTY RULES:
The house is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is liable for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
