Located just a short walk away from downtown, this charming house features five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it the ideal accommodation for groups of up to 12 people. The dining room can only sit 6 people, but there are ample seating both indoors and out, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Each of our 5 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep.
For those who love to cook, our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. And when it's time to wind down, the firepit is the perfect place to gather around and enjoy some s'mores or simply chat with friends and family.

During your stay at our place, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property. The house will be entirely yours, and no one else will be staying there during your stay. This means you'll have complete privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.
If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm at 11:00 PM the night before your arrival.

♥♥♥ House Rules ♥♥♥
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
★ No parties and illegal substance. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
★ The neighbors are our friends. Please respect them by observing the quiet time -10 PM to 7 AM.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. We kindly request that you wash any dirty dishes and take out the trash on the day of your check-out.
★ Please check out by 11 AM. Late check out may result to $50 per hour fee.
★ Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
→ Keep off all furniture and bedding
→ Must be house trained
→ Pick-up and dispose of all waste
→If your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements
♥♥♥ Safety ♥♥♥
→ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway, and one camera facing the backyard. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation.
All cameras are at the front door and backyard for the safety of ourselves and our guests. No cameras inside the home.
→ Must be at least 21 years old to book.
→ Not a requirement but names and identification may be requested by the host.

It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If you will be bringing 2 or more dogs, we kindly request that you inform us by sending us an inquiry.
Renter Agreement needs to be signed. The PDF version of the Renter Agreement is available for you to read during the booking process and before your reservation gets finalized. If you have questions, just let us know!
✓ Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% for the amount that was already paid and amount that will be refunded, regardless of the cancellation policy. (3.99% for the initial payment and 3.99% for the amount that will be refunded) .
→ As we're located in the South, you may encounter palmetto bugs, but we have regular pest control. Keep doors closed to help prevent any issues.

Great, clean place to stay

We should have known we were in for it when the code for the door was incorrect. Luckily the management company was responsive and was able to get us the correct code.The neighborhood is rather sketchy and we ended up.purchasing a security door bar for the back bedroom since there is a door to the outside that doesnt have a deadbolt.From first glance the house is cute, but as you settled in you saw the problems. We found 2 dead cockroaches and one live roach trying to crawl into the back bedroom queen bed. The door to the exterior (the same we bought extra security for) had a rather large gap at the bottom so I'm sure bugs could enter freely.On the second day, the toilets decided they didn't want to flush properly and there was gurgling in the shower and sink drains. My dad went out to walk the dog and said there was water running from the yard down the street that he suspected was from the septic system. I did alert the management team, but with it being 4th of July, no plumbers were available it seemed. However once we discovered the pool of wet toilet paper and human feces sitting in the front yard, we realized this was a MAJOR septic issue. Not only that, but the raw sewage is running down the street into the neighbors yard.On the last day we were warned by one neighbor that another was stealing electricity. I did alert management again. But it seems others who stayed earlier in the year mentioned the same thing. Sadly, I would NOT recommend.
