With light filled spaces and soaring ceilings this airy beach abode is the perfect place for large or extended families to enjoy their next Central Coast getaway.
Located just a stones throw from the beach, cafe, local store and surf club, you`ll have everything you need at your fingertips. Perfect for year round holidays with wood burning fireplaces both inside and out, you`ll be cozy and comfortable all seasons. Multiple entertaining spaces mean there`s plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax with special meals enjoyed either on the veranda or in the beautiful courtyard with large screen outdoor TV pefect for sporting events with the family. If you don`t feel like cooking then venture over the hill to Terrigal or stroll along the sand to Avoca where you`ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

About North Avoca - a peaceful coastal haven:
Patrolled family friendly beach. Well known for its fantastic surf breaks - a surfers paradise. Other activities include fishing, paddle boarding and paddle boats on Avoca lake. Local shops include general store, organic cafe and hairdresser.
Easy walk or short drive to vibrant Terrigal for cafes, restaurants, specialty shops and clubs. Alternatively walk along the beach to Avoca for cafes, restaurants, cinema, tennis and boutique stores.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

The house and entertaining spaces are lovely; attention to detail like bins in bathrooms etc is lacking and not having access to the en-suite shower without prior warning is poor. No outside noise after 9.30 pm and check out by 9.30am is also not realistic. Dishwasher didn’t work properly nor the stove - lovely home but lots of room for improvement in comparison to the other homes we have stayed in.
