The space
THE PALACE:
Palazzo Ferrero is one of the most luxurious buildings in the area and adapts to the issues of environmental sustainability with high quality materials and high energy efficiency systems. The building, certified Class A +, has external bronze doors, façade, terraces and common parts in Santafiora stone, geothermal plant with wells, solar panels, cooling and heating with floor coils.
ACCOMMODATION:
The apartment opens onto an entrance to the right of which leads to the bathroom area, equipped with a wooden sink unit and a fully tiled marble shower area.
The living room has an open kitchen complete with all appliances - washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine.
The room is then completed with a dining table that can be transformed into a double bed and a living area with a convertible sofa. This unit was in a great location relative to the central Milan attractions as you could walk almost everywhere. It was a studio apartment in a newer building and had the basics needed for a short stay although the shower was very small and hard to use. The unit was very clean and the host was very communicative. Unfortunately, it was one level above the street and was very noisy as you could easily hear street noise which kept us up past midnight on two of the three nights we were there (Wed- Fri). Overall was a nice place but three star because of the nighttime noise we encountered.
