• Timeline: August 2026 through December 2026, schedule and weather permitting.
• Nature of work: Re-coating and sealing exterior windows. Workers can periodically be seen from windows. Balconies will be sealed and re-coated later in the project timeline, though no schedule in place at this time.
• Most of August 2026: Work taking place on West side of the building and amenities are not expected to be affected at this time.
• Starting in September 2026: They will begin working their way around the entire building to launch the remaining work.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The location was beautiful, the space was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was easy to find. We especially appreciated how relaxing and well-maintained everything felt. It made for such a fun and memorable beach trip for our family. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time renting on the 1st floor. The view of the ocean was beautiful! We enjoyed being close to the pools as well as the beach. The condo has a beachy vibe. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen had all that we needed. We would recommend staying again.
