This was our first time renting on the 1st floor. The view of the ocean was beautiful! We enjoyed being close to the pools as well as the beach. The condo has a beachy vibe. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen had all that we needed. We would recommend staying again.

As I already mentioned to the property manager, the front door needs, at a minimum, additional weather stripping, the condo needs a standard coffee pot and a a newer tv should be put into the living room.
