It offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, balcony, and game room. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

The pool was LGreat…There was issues…The sofa cushions are worn out…Ss well as some of the mattresses…Also it would be nice to have a cart to carry belongings to room…Jbut the unit was fantastic,other than that!

Highly recommend! Lots of room for a large family and walking distance to restaurants. Only complaint is the king size beds are 2 twins put together. Not the most comfortable sleeping situation.

GOOD: Great communication with host. Proximity/access to the oceanfront. Great mixture/size of bedrooms and baths. Easy check in and out.Needs improvement: The bathroom in the master bedroom on first floor needs a privacy door. Carpet needs to be replaced. Appliances and furniture are outdated (especially the couches).With the recommended improvements my family would stay again and recommend Pier Watch Villa I Unit 305 to our friends and family.
