• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse area on a first-come, first-served basis (look for the red flags).
• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).
The Neighborhood:
The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.
Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility.

• A pet fee of $129 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Me and my family stayed here and the house was so nice. We had adults and kids of all ages and it was something for everyone to enjoy. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking, for a 15 bedroom house you can only park 4 cars. Outside of that everything else was great. The host was there to answer any concerns I had before, during, and after the trip. I will be coming back!!!

Nice house, love the separate beds/baths. House cleanliness was not the best. Floors were sticky and left our socks brown. Carpet in living room wasn’t clean. Overall a great price for such a large house. Just need better cleaning.

Great place and a perfect house for our casual business meeting. We have used this house 2 times. My only real complaint is that the cook wear is old, damaged (teflon peeling) and the overall minimal options lack the ability to cook for a large group that the house holds.
