Mid-century modern pool home in central Palm Springs. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. High quality finishes, newly renovated large pebble tech swimming pool in one of Palm Springs famous mid-century neighborhoods. You'll also find a beautiful wood deck for sunbathing, a cozy fire pit with lounge furniture for watching the stars. Outdoor dining and lounging on the shaded outdoor patio. The back yard of this home is truly like having your own resort.
Two master suites, beds are K, Q, Q, T, T. Great central location with all new interior. Perfect for extended families and groups of friends. Not a party house but an ideal get away for quiet, relaxing vacations.
The home can sleep up to 8 adults plus 2 children, though ideal for 8 total for comfort.
City Tax of 12.5% is added to the total per Palm Springs ordinance.
**Please be advised guests are encouraged to purchase cancellation travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstance that may result in a cancellation on your end. Our cancellation policies as stated are firm and you agree to them upon booking.
The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.
This is a no pets/no smoking rental.
Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:
~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (8 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 4 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)

Perfect Palm Springs pick! Such a lovely home that was just right for our family of seven celebrating a big birthday and Thanksgiving. The setting and hosts are top notch and this home is so inviting and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better location and stay. Thank you!
