Elegant villa with sea views, featuring a private pool and spacious garden, located near the coast and the airport.
The property is in a well-maintained and private residential area, standing out for its exquisite outdoor spaces. These include a panoramic pool, a relaxation area, an outdoor dining area with a kitchen, a barbecue, and a fully enclosed garden.
The living area consists of a cozy lounge with sofas and TV, a dining room with a large table, and an independent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kettle, and wine cooler.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The layout is completed by two modern bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.
*The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.
*We inform guests that there is a video surveillance system outside the apartment at the entrance and on the veranda, pool area.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
The seaside town of Murta Maria is located between two marine protected areas, a few steps from a cove with white sand overlooking a small pool of salt water connected with the sea, destination of herons and pink flamingos. Scuba-diving and underwater fishing will allow you to see the wrecks resting on the seabed of this bay, while hiking or horseback riding in the hinterland will give you contact with nature and breathtaking views. Indeed, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, with various degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers.

Very good. We loved the Villa and its location. We do feel that maybe for the price of the property that the pool could have been heated as it was more of a challenge than pleasure. Also maybe a beach umbrella as there are many beaches in this area and when flying to Villa unable to bring this kind of equipment.

Overall property is nice looking, entrance is secure with gate. Location & space are as appear in photos. Air-conditioning worked well. There were short comings, for a property at this price these should be addressed. I messaged for clarification after booking & thry were not very responsive. There is construction across the street that started at 6am due to the heat, so everyone was awake with the immense amount of noise. The seat cushions on the sofa were quite dirty and stained. The pool was not kept clean. The 2nd day using it realized the algae had stained my daughter's swim costume. Then could see green algae film on top of water and growing in corners. This was not something that could be removed by using the cleaning net. The pool was one of the main reasons for us to rent this space. There were plenty of other rent locations close to the beach with no pool, so to pay the price and not feel safe using the pool was a huge disappointment. An unclean pool can be very hazardous and cause health issues. The company offered to have someone address it but it seems only the pump was turned on, then again stopped, the green & dirt in the pool were never cleaned or addressed. Also the bins for rubbish were not clearly marked to identify what goes in which bin, makes it difficult to prepare for pickup.
