Welcome to Stowe Woods Chalet in Stowe, Vermont! This cozy and charming home is in the perfect location—close to Waterbury and I-89, and centrally located between Stowe Mountain Resort and Stowe Village. It's a great spot to avoid heavy traffic while still being close to all the area’s attractions.
Recently remodeled and designed as a professional vacation rental, this home is full of Vermont charm and surrounded by nature. It has all the comforts of home, with plenty of room for the family to spread out. The kids can enjoy the lower level with a living room, TV, and games, while adults relax upstairs, taking in the beautiful views through expansive windows framed by trees.
When you're ready to explore, you'll love the central location! Just 8 miles from I-89, 4 miles to Stowe Village, and 9.8 miles to Stowe Mountain Resort, you’re close to everything. Plus, when the weather is nice, you're less than 2 miles from a café on Moscow Road—perfect for a walk!
THE SPACE:
Upon arrival, there’s ample parking in the driveway, and the spacious mudroom offers plenty of room for all your gear, no matter the season. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and large windows in the kitchen provide gorgeous views of the back deck and peaceful Vermont woods.
The open floor plan creates a perfect space for cooking, dining, and relaxing together, ideal for making lasting vacation memories. The main level has two bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath.
Downstairs, the “kid zone” includes its own living area with a TV, a full bed with a twin bunk on top, and a separate room with two twin beds, all sharing a full bath. The backyard is a great space for summer games or winter fun—plenty of room for kids to play and explore.
Access to the home is via a dirt road, so AWD or 4WD is required in winter. Enjoy the perfect family getaway at Stowe Woods Chalet, where Vermont nature and comfort meet!

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Peaceful and quiet enough to completely disconnect, but close enough to the town and mountain to have everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the small market up the street (Cork market).

Had a wonderful stay at the property over Thanksgiving with some.friends. Got some snow and it was plowed and had good upkeep
