Discover this 3-bedroom gem in Chicago. Remodeled basement unit apartment in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood. Central Northside location between downtown and O’Hare. One bus ride to Wrigley Field. 25 minutes to downtown and the United Center . 15 minutes to trendy Logan Square . We are an urban areas so you are close to grocery stores , restaurants, park districts with play grounds, public transportation, including buses and trains, etc. The unit has everything you need to be comfortable, including a fully stocked kitchen with appliances for all kinds of cooking , a fully stocked laundry room with dryer sheets and washer pods. All the bedrooms are large : one bedroom has a queen size bed and a dedicated work area with a desk and comfortable chair. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has one twin bed and a large sofa. The bathroom has a large shower as well as plenty of towels and a first aid kit . The Apartment is on a tree lined street of historic chicago bungalows. There is free street parking with a permit . There is dedicated wifi for the apartment. This unit is beneath the main house and owner lives above so will be close by to answer any questions or give recommendations .
