Grab the family and head down to Grand Lake. This 3 bed 3 bath single-story wheelchair accessible home has everything you need for a fun-filled trip to the lake. Located around the corner from Tera Miranda & the Quarterdeck & their boat ramp in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood.
Large Back Yard Entertainment Area features:
- Large Patio
- Fire pit
- Plenty of outdoor seating
- Propane grill
- Gentle slope to the water
- Dock with ladder (you may tie your boat during your stay)
-Grand Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Travel Crib
-Grand Master Bathroom has disabled accessible bathroom (walk-in shower with bench and railing along with railing for the toilet and wide doorways)
-2nd Master Bedroom has a King Bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
-3rd Bedroom has 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower & tub combo. The bathroom also opens to the hallway.
-The Living Room has a pull-out sofa with 2 Twin Beds.
-And 3 Queen-size memory foam floor mattresses for extra guests (plenty of space in every room to put a floor mattress).
We will give you a code to your smart lock on the door on the morning of your check-in.

We had a great time at this beautiful place! Highly recommend for large family gatherings right on the lake! Host was easy to communicate with and house was clean and very well equipped.
