We loved our stay at this condo! It was very roomy and perfect for our family of four. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t available in March. It would be helpful to list that it is is seasonal only. The water heater stopped working during our time so we had cold showers. Otherwise, everything else was great! The kitchen is fully equipped. We loved having laundry available too. The location is only a short drive to Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and the night stargazing tour location. It took about 20-30 minutes to drive into Sedona to see Chapel of the Cross and about 30 minutes to get to Montezuma Castle. We also enjoyed going out to Jerome for the old mining town. It’s a gated townhome golfing community, and there are lovely trails to walk on. We felt really safe there and would totally stay there again! Thank you!

This accommodation truly met our needs for a short visit to Sedona to visit friends. We like the security of a gated community. Plus, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, & grocery store.
The condo was very clean & neat. Appliances were new. The owner/manager was available to answer our question. We really appreciated his efforts in fixing the front door lock.

The property grounds were beautiful and well kept. It's a peaceful community. Our particular unit had a couple of issues. The icemaker did not produce any ice, and the owner said it was repaired about 9 mos ago. It seems odd that the housekeeping staff wouldn't have noticed it wasn't producing. At a minimum, it would have been nice to have a few ice trays available instead of having to go back out and buy ice. We had stopped at the grocery store before check in. There was also a stain at the bottom of the mattress cover and on the mattress of the pullout couch. The skylights are lovely during the day to save on electricity but I prefer not being awakened by the sunrise -- just a personal preference. There was also a roach in the pullout coach and (a different) one on the countertop on the second day. The appliances were nice and worked well, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We were surprised there were no Kleenexes in the house, so that might be something the owner considers in the future. We brought our own toiletries, but soap/shampoo/conditioner were also provided. Additionally, it would have been helpful if the listing said something like "additional fees apply" for the golf course, club rentals, pickleball/tennis fees, or at least "see the Mesa Canyon Golf Course" for fees and times of operation. We didn't know the pickleball courts closed at 2 pm. We did play a round of golf, and the course was beautiful with enough challenges for a par 3 course to keep it interesting. The clubs we rented were in good shape. This community is a lovely place, far enough from downtown Sedona to get away from the traffic/people but close enough for hiking, day trips and restaurants. We discussed some of the issues with the owner, who was very responsive and assured us that our concerns would be addressed to his team.
