About this house rental
Welcome to Serenity Stays. A space of serenity, allowing you to intentionally pause, reset and relax.
Located just a 5 min drive from Mount Martha beach, briars park, Mornington racecourse and Benton’s square. Enjoy the wineries, Mornington Peninsula hot springs and many other sights Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
The space
Serenity Stays exudes comfort, space and entertainment and is your ideal home away from home.
This property is nestled on 1/3 acre land. Serenity Stays has 5 bedrooms, easily accommodating 10 guests (including 1 master king ensuite and 4 queen beds). This is a double storey home. 1 bed located downstairs and 4 upstairs.
The outdoor area includes a solar heated pool, next to sun lounges perfect for relaxing and soaking in some sunshine. There is also an alfresco area that has a dining space and sitting area, along with a gas bbq (note that you will need to pre-advise us before your stay
if you are using the bbq so we can organise 3 gas cylinders for your usage as for safety precautions we do not leave them onsite).
Inside the property includes 2 dining areas and a lounge area, as well as 3 televisions.
There is a dedicated workspace for those who want to do some remote work/study.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, grill, microwave, cookware, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Complementary tea, coffee and sugar is provided.
There is a large laundry area with both a washer and clothes dryer (with complementary laundry powder). All linen is included (just bring your own beach towels).
Information regarding booking with us:
- We do not accept instant bookings - In order to book you need to send us a request including full name, details of amount of people staying and reason for your visit.
- We will require legal photographic ID (such as a licence or passport emailed to us on [email protected]) of the person who is making the booking. This must match your VRBO booking name.
- We will require a bond upon acceptance of your booking (within 7 days from your booking date). This will be collected by us directly.

All areas with exception to the garage space.
Need to check in early or leave later?
We do offer flexibility with check ins and check out depending on availability, and a fee of $30 per hour will apply. Failure to check out on time will result in a nightly rate being charged to you.
Other things to note
- No parties and schoolies.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside property.
We have external cameras and if you are found to have brought a pet or have a party you can have your booking immediately cancelled and face additional cleaning charges.
High chair available upon request (request must be made at least 48hours before check in).
