About this apartment rental

Well-kept holiday apartament house in a prime location in St. Moritz-Bad. The Residenz am See offers you peace and relaxation, combined with a central position. The athletics track and Lake St. Moritz are right on the doorstep. Shopping facilities, several restaurants and cross-country ski trails are just a few minutes walk away. The Signalbahn cable car, which takes you to the Corviglia ski area, can be easily reached on foot or by bus.

Functional 1-room holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. Living- /dining room with integrated foldaway bed for 2 people. Sofa area with TV. Covered balcony. Functional kitchen. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Elevator in the building. Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). A fitness room for public use is available in the holiday apartment building.
