The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of La Bresse, this charming 35 m² apartment with mountain view, with ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no elevator), it comprises a 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath).
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a smart TV (used as a shared connection for Netflix, if not classic TNT), double sofa bed, dining area. Books and games for the whole family are available.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Mr Cuisine food processor, dishwasher, electric mixer, toaster, hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, fridge with freezer, combined microwave oven, raclette machine, plancha...
- One bedroom with double bunk bed (140×190), sleeping 4, and wardrobe
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC, washing machine
Exterior:
- Bedroom balcony with table and two chairs
- A living-room balcony with table and 4 chairs
South-facing, approx. 5m², with lovely mountain views facing the slopes.
The apartment is ideally located in La Bresse Hohneck, a resort with the “Famille Plus” label, in very pleasant surroundings. The resort and slopes are a 5-minute walk away. In the heart of nature, you'll be close to ski lifts (for skiing, mountain biking, bike parks and hiking), self-service restaurants and rental stores.
You're just 10 min from the center of La Bresse and 20 min from the center of Gérardmer, where you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
This accommodation in a quiet residence is fully equipped to offer a relaxing stay for the whole family.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor parking lot at the foot of the building. Unnumbered spaces. No reservation required.
Free resort parking approx. 300m away.

- Nearest train station: Colmar train station, approx. 43 km from accommodation.
- Nearest airport: Mulhouse airport, approx. 83 km from accommodation.
