This oceanfront condo-hotel is ideally situated on Ocean Drive in the heart of Miami Beach's exclusive South of Fifth neighborhood, just steps away from premier shopping, fine dining, and South Pointe Park. It’s also a short drive to South Pointe Park Pier, the Lighthouse, Lummus Park, and the iconic Ocean Drive of Miami Beach.
Enjoy our spacious and stylish home that offers a perfect oasis for relaxation and a luxurious lifestyle located in the South Beach area of Miami Beach. Shared amenities w/Hilton Bentley: gym, jacuzzi, pool, spa, and valet parking. A perfect spot for a romantic escape, pre-cruise relaxation, or a working vacay.
Step into the open concept layout flooded with natural light through a large picture window. This home has a welcoming living area where you can relax and watch your favorite sports game on the TV with streaming app options.
Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedroom which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that convert into a queen-sized bed.
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while taking in breathtaking panoramic views, beautiful both day and night.
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
Free access to laundry and high-speed internet are also provided by the building.

*Please note that there is only a valet parking available on premises. Hourly or nightly parking rate applies paid directly to the valet company.
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
*Kindly note that the building is located near Nikki Beach, which features a beach club. As a result, you may hear music and experience some noise during certain hours. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a wonderful stay.

We had an incredible time here and love the area and facilities for our little one. Plenty to do at the pool, nearby park/playground, and 1st St Beach. Highly recommend!

This place was incredible! The unit is on one of the higher floors, so the views from the balcony were great. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as expected. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to the beach and the pier, with plenty to see and do nearby.We had zero complaints about the stay itself. Everything went smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The only minor downside was communication with the host or manager—it felt a bit generic, and some questions weren’t fully answered. It wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t need anything urgent, but if you do have a problem, I’d recommend making sure they clearly commit to getting back to you.Overall, highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Miami. The apartment is amazing, we had plenty of room ( we were 2 adults with 2 children). The pool is nice although it is directly by the restaurant but it did not bother us. The staff is nice. Good contact with the host. What we enjoyed the most was the view. You can see the ships coming in and out. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood
