French doors lead you to the balcony, inviting in the gentle tropical breezes and stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts contemporary appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals or entertaining guests. The villa has air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and an 8ft kayak for exploring the barrier reef.

• Master Bedroom: This retreat boasts a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with hand-painted his and her sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Enjoy ample closet space and personal safes for your valuables. Step out directly to the beach level from this tranquil room.
• Guest Bedroom: This room, which also features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, is equally serene. It has his-and-her sinks and a walk-in shower. Like the master bedroom, it offers private beach access.
• Great Living Room: The upstairs main living area also has a pull-out couch to accommodate 2 more guests.

• Activities and Excursions: Clinton with Ali Mermaid Adventures, will pick you up at the South dock for the excursion of your choice. Enjoy snorkeling, swimming with sharks, fishing or cave tubing! What a wonderful property! From the time we were picked up at the airport till we were dropped back off, Caye Villa and the staff made sure we had everyhting we needed to make our trip amazing! It was safe, clean, and so well taken care of. Yes, the seagrass was an issue but not thier fault. We will definitely be visiting again!!

This is our third trip to Belize and as always it's the people who make it special. Everyone from the driver who picked us up, to the property manager and housekeepers, to Captain Eddie who drove our boat, led our snorkel expedition, and told us endless fascinating stories about the history and culture of Belize were nothing but friendly and accommodating at every turn. The villa was secluded, gorgeous and included every amenity we could have asked for, and we were a short drive from food and activities across the island. The pool was a daily highlight. I can't recommend Coral Caye Villa enough.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Accommodations were very clean and rooms were great size! Balcony was fantastic from morning to night and the pool was very refreshing!
