The building is new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
We have three adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

We stayed for 30 days. The room was clean when we check in. Glenn was very helpful during our late arrival because the flight was delayed. He even let us stayed 2 hours extra when we were about to check out for a smooth transition to our next hotel booking because it was at 2pm. The guards and receptionists in the lobby were all very helpful, and nice. I like that there is a mini mall below the condo. The best part for us is the food truck fest nearby. We enjoyed the varieties of food every night we went there.

Very nice area and an easy 5-15 minute walk to several nice malls. There’s a grocery store in the building along with Starbucks and a food truck park ½ block away.
I’m only saying 4 stars which is possibly unfair as I may be expecting too much from an American perspective.
For the Price, it’s 5 Stars and it was good enough that I came back for a 30 day stay. Hope that helps you make a decision.

What you see on the pictures you will get. Its clean its cozy and definitly the money worth. You have a Mall directly at the Building (Fame Mall) and you get there whatever you need. The room itself is made for a comfortable longer stay and invites to rest very well.
