This unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a private balcony. Three TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen-sized bed, plus two twin beds, and one queen-sized sofa bed. Common area features include an indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, restaurant and lounge, covered parking, three elevators, and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
