Place was very nice. The first night one of the beds may have had bed bugs or some insects but after we complained, they changed the sheets completely it was all good. Breakfast was good.

The Wellspring hotel is in a great location, at the bottom of the hill. Easy access via taxi from Taoyuan International airport. The room we stayed is rather small and it does not have much space to move around. The bath in room is small, compared with other hotels but it is big enough to fit in 2 adults. Breakfast was good and overall it was a OK stay.

We traveled with older adults and a young kid. Everyone's needs were catered to: hot spring, kids' playground, nice brunch, and approachable staff.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but service and the room was quite disappointing. Our hotspring pipe cracked during our stay so we couldn't use the in room hotspring in the morning. It took a long time for the staff to help us so it was too late by the time they came becuase it was close to our check out. The front desk staff wasn't helpful with our enquiries either. There are other hotels that are cheaper and have better service in Beitou.
