    Since the Hotel requested it here is what I experienced and communicated with them, that I was assaulted by the blond guy at the front desk:Hey, I do not understand your policies or front desk associes behavior whatsoever. Firstly, I paid for the room described in Agoda app, only to be continued to be upchrged some by front desk people. I paid the first coupke times, but upon checking out, refused the third time AND WAS ASSAULTED BY THE BLONG GUY AT FRONT DESK-WHO THROUGH A WATER BOTTLE AT MY BACK TWICE. I WANTED TO BEAT HIM, BUT I RESTRAINED MYSELF AND SIMPLY WALKED AWAY. I SHOULD WRITE A ONE STAR REVIEW, BUT DON'T USUALLY DO THAT. HE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIETELY HOWEVER, OR DEFINITELY REPRIMADED. THE OTHER GY THERE WAS RUDE, AND SLAPPED MY BEHIND A FEW TIMES, WHICH I FOUND UNPROFESSIONA AND INAPPROPRITE, ALTHOUGH NOTH THAT BIG OF A DEAL. THE THROWING OF OBJECTS AT GUESTS HOWEVER IS ABSOLTELY UNACCEPTABLE, AND ACTUALLY CRIMINAL.IF I WAS BACK IN THE USA., I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE, AND FILED A COMPLAINT.
