The hotel as per rate is not good
And room size is good
The staf is very bad
I stay hear for 2 days socond day no one is coming for clean the room
And socond day I am calling for hot water for 2 hours but they can’t provide and can’t try to solve the problem

Hotel was not that great as expressed in the Agoda site as ‘Exceptional #10’. Staffs were good, helpful & responsive. The narrow path leading to the hotel was not good & one needs to be careful as construction of the building is happening in the path. The rooms need to be tidy & cleaned well. The cleaning process post someone check’s out is hardly happening for 15 mins which is not at all sufficient. Sandy at the reception was very polite, supportive & prompt. It’s a great advantage of this hotel being 5 mins. max. walkable to temple premises and just 1 min. walk to hotels, shopping's & importantly Jallianwala though it needs to 💯improve and really maintain standards. In the scale of #10, I would rate Kanda Continental as average ‘#5’
