In three words - an awful stay. I'd call it very uncomfortable and, if you will, a dumb place. Not worth the money. 15m2 is not so much but if the landlord would have invested some thought into interior planning and details it might have been a nice cozy place to stay. But it isn't. First - you don't have any place to put your clothes and stuff. Just 2 small hooks near to the entrance. And that's it. You should hang your coat, shirts, trousers, bathroom towels there. No hooks or shelves in the bathroom. Probably you should hang you toothbrush near your coat as well. Second - absolutely useless kitchen which takes half of the place. No kitchen stove or at least a microwave. Just before leave I accidentally found a portable electric stove hidden in one of the pull-out boxes. 20 inch TV weirdly hangs in 4-5 meters from the bed under the ceiling behind the bathroom door which blocks the view when open. Third - very cold at night. No heating. No A/C which you may use in heating mode. Forth - a fully transparent window above the entrance door is perfectly aligned with a lantern outside so it shines into your eyes when you sleep (or at least trying to). Fifth - the location. This is the place were you wouldn't want to walk at night. Even if it's just 10 minutes until you reach civilization. And the last thing - wonderful "hospitality". Check-in should have been at 2pm. An old lady came at 2:20. I asked her about the wifi password. She pointed to the note on the door, gave me the key and left. Besides the wifi pass the note contained a list of rules presented in "soviet" manner with lots of exclamation marks and threats. It ended with "Have a nice stay". I was supposed to check-out at 12pm as agreed. The old lady came at 11:45. Her first and only words were - "You must leave". - OK, I'm happy to.
