    We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, and the property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The facilities were great and offered good value for money. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

    I stayed at this hotel, and my valuable personal belongings went missing during my stay. This was not a small inconvenience. It was a serious incident that left me feeling unsafe, unprotected, and deeply concerned about the hotel’s security. The most disturbing part is that the CCTV footage from the exact critical time that could have helped prove what happened was reportedly unavailable or not working. In my opinion, that is extremely concerning and difficult to accept from any hotel responsible for guest safety. I reported the matter and, thankfully, received very helpful support from Saensuk Police Station, especially the detective team and the officer in charge. Their assistance was far more reassuring than the hotel’s ability to protect or clarify the situation. From my personal experience, this hotel has serious issues with guest property security, internal control, and incident handling. I cannot confidently say guests’ belongings are safe here. To be fair, the hotel manager appeared to try to help, but it also seemed that the manager had very limited power to actually resolve the issue or provide proper answers. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise future guests to think very carefully before staying here — especially if you are bringing valuables, business items, cash, watches, jewelry, electronics, or anything important.
