This is a beautiful place with lots of amenities. It is very central to most things in downtown Gloucester and easy walking distance to many pubs and restaurants.

No complaints at all about the property it was spotless and in a perfect location. Parking was secure and well organised. Our only compliant is that we checked out over a week ago and have still not received a refund of the deposit by bank transfer as promised even though we were informed it was being paid. We stay in a lot of holiday lets with refundable deposits and have never had to use a bank transfer system before. Using a credit card guarantee is in our view far better as bank transfers are cumbersome and cause extra work for both parties.
