I’m extremely close to LYNWOOD, LANSING, CALUMET CITY, and many more Illinois locations!
LATE/EARLY CHECK-IN guest are welcome(If scheduling permits)!!!!
Standard CHECK-IN time is 3 pm
You’re welcome to arrive ANYTIME after 3 pm!
Standard CHECK-OUT time is 11 am you must leave at 11 am unless you made other arrangements in advance!
• Early check in and late check out is a $50.00 additional fee if it doesn’t interfere with future scheduling). This fee is due at booking.. If you’re a current guest payment is due before accommodations.
SAME DAY bookings are welcome if it doesn’t interfere with scheduling!
SAME DAY BOOKINGS AFTER 3PM is always considered to be A LATE Check-In on a same day booking! YOUR CHECK-IN time will be approximately THREE HOURS AFTER YOUR LATE BOOKING TIME!
TWO GUEST ARE ALLOWED and you must book for TWO guest on the platform!
ONE EXTRA GUEST is allowed in addition to your TWO guest and ALL GUEST MUST be booked on the platform! The THIRD guest will be sleeping on a TWIN Daybed mattress. ALL GUEST SLEEPING IN THE UNIT MUST BE BOOKED!
LONG TERM GUEST are required to be FULLY VERIFIED by VRBO(ID, phone number, and email).
ADDITIONAL items sent to me through messaging…
• Picture of your ID.
• Background check.
• Short term lease.
• Email address.
• Proof of job assignment/ reason for stay.
NOTE: Myself or a cleaner will enter your unit every 10 to 12 days during your stay for a light clean. A 24 hour notice will be given prior to the light clean date!
FREE STREET PARKING ONLY FOR GUEST! You’re welcome to park on both sides of the street in both directions.
• The majority of parking in the Indiana area is free(street parking).
• UBER, and LYFT transportation services are extremely popular in my neighborhood!

STORES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE ARE LIMITED!
ACCESS CODE will be delivered close to your scheduled arrival time.
This unit is on the second floor. There is a apartment under you with tenants.
Guest have FULL PRIVATE access to the SECOND FLOOR unit ONLY!
GUEST WILL go upstairs by the mailbox, then another set of stairs to your left which will take you to your PRIVATE UNIT!
GUEST PLEASE use the back door for emergencies to AVOID being locked out.
NO pets.
NO children allowed.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED inside the unit. PLEASE USE COASTERS FOR DRINKS on all tables. Please Wash and dry pots, pans, utensils and knives to prevent rusting.
PLEASE DON'T CLOSE ANY VENTS AC/HEAT temperatures are regulated with tenants downstairs(Please use extra blankets, fan or heater).
PLEASE DON'T OPEN any window except for emergencies. The HEAT/AC will run more if the windows are open.
