Good space, great location if you have a car. Clean and well maintained
The dishwasher and crockery cupboard open in to each other. This means you can’t empty the dishwasher with the cupboard open. I know this can’t be changed, but it was a bit funny.

Nice furnishings. Heat pumps were nice and warm. Nice view upstairs. Clean.
Had to touch the kitchen bin to open it. The next townhouse seemed to think it ok to let its dog bark and whine outside at 2am in freezing cold for half an hour one night. And then another dog joined in…Luckily only one night out of 10

The house had everything we needed and was very well presented. It was a great size for 2 of us and great to have a separate toilet downstairs. Really good location being approx 5min from the city centre.
We loved everything. The price was higher than we would have liked, but it was peak time in Wanaka so it was expected.
