Czysty i dobrze wyposażony apartament.
Niestety w obiekcie silny, nieprzyjemny zapach, myślę że wydobywał się z rur.

Ładny wygląd mieszkania. Pomieszczenia jasne. Pastelowe kolory, wystrój prosty, klasyczny.
W łazience bardzo śmierdziało kanalizacją, a także przeciekał klozet - zbierała się pod nim cały czas kałuża śmierdzącej wody. Smród przenosił się na całe mieszkanie, co miało również przełożenie na zapach ubrań :( W salonie nie działa kaloryfer, co w zimie stanowi spory problem. Poduszki ozdobne śmierdziały potem. W sypialni pościel nie pachniała brzydko i zdawała się czystą ale było na niej pełni włosów... Najgorszym jednak odkryciem były kłęby kurzu przeplatane opakowaniami po prezerwatywach pod łóżkiem.
