Aurelia - Mirage Golf, 1BR, New Cairo by Kennah

Nice clean apartment with great potential ruined by incompetent host ( Kennah).

The apartment is managed by a bunch of amateurs where the left hand does not know what is the right hand is doing; 1) the apartment was double booked( Booking + Airbnb). After we checked in someone entered ( without knocking). He turned out to be the other guest from Airbnb which resulted in an awkward situation) 2) instructions had the wrong password. It took almost a day without internet before they finally corrected the password. 3) unsubstantiated claims( discount at hotel restaurants, sofa bed in living room) 4) host failed to inform us that entry/ exit are at the 3rd level ( not the usual ground or first floor). Guests are left to find that out the hard way.
