    Authentic room, quiet atmosphere, nice location, waterheater on the room with coffee, nice shower, luggage deposit. Kind staff, good respons on messenges online. Great value. We will come back!

    Good budget stay, right next to the Royal Palace. In an quiet street near some nice restaurants. Walking distance to Riverside. Nice coffee shop right next door. Comfortable room for the price.

    When I checked in they tried to give me a small room of 20 square meters without a balcony instead of the one I had booked. After my protests, they changed me to a room that did not have a refrigerator. When I decided to report it and leave, they promised to bring the refrigerator in an hour, which they did. Later I found out that there is no TV remote control, which never came. When on the third day I asked them to clean the room after a second suggestion, they changed the sheets without changing the towels. The last but not the least, the behavior of the staff, except for one lady misses Mao Sray, was completely rude. Stay away from this "hotel"
