This is our second zime renting here. We had a great time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and the location was great. Will probably come bck again.

This is a wonderful property and location, both close to the heart of Rincon and the beach. The beach is actually nicer than the rockier beaches just to the North (Steps, Dome, etc.). We stayed over a weekend and it is directly across from a park with live music we could listen to from our balcony. The condo is very clean and modern with great appliances and furnishings. A bonus is that it has the best hot water (think showers) we experienced while in Puerto Rico! If you want a spot that offers walkability this is a great option!

Steps from great beaches, easy walk to downtown. Safe area and had a great time. Condo came with plenty of amenities for our four day stay. Very pleased and would return
