The shower drained a bit slowly. It looked like it was partially blocked

stayed for 10 nights, no one came to clean or provide extra towel.

Really comfortable beds, good location to lots of shops and near the Bury Interchange for buses and trams. Was very warm and cozy inside.
We didn't have wifi during our stay

I'm so disappointed that the bedsheet was not clean before we came in even after we spoke to someone via the number that was provided and promised to come and change the bedsheet, all to no avail!
