Super responsive with questions. The place was beautiful. The location couldn't have been better.
Checking in was a little confusing. The instructions were thorough, but I think the part that was missing was that you had to go OUTSIDE to get back IN to the part of the building the rental was located. Once we did it correctly then it was super easy afterward - just the first time.
