Riad Phœnix

I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic this Riad is - it's like living in the most beautiful palace. The Riad is very big and everything is exquisite. It's a little oasis of calm in Fes (such a lovely city!) and the neighbours who live down the little dead end where the Riad is are very lovely. We never felt unsafe - quite the opposite, we were warmly welcomed. The location is fantastic and the breakfasts delicious - thank you! The terraces were also a big plus. Adil communicated well and organised a taxi for us at the end of our stay. When my husband broke the shower holder he was very nice about it and didn't want payment. Be aware that there are lots of stairs, however one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor so this would be ideal for anyone with reduced mobility. We twice ate at the family restaurant 2 minutes walk away (Khmissa) where we were really well looked after and the food & mint tea was delicious and reasonable. Good vegetarian options are available. They had fantastic traditional live music when we were there. The whole stay was wonderful and I cannot think of any negatives.

The riad was pristine. In the old medina, so Close to everything. And only a 1 minute walk to get a taxi. Perfect location, and perfect host. Thank you

Great place Highly recommended Any problems they fix straight away Everything was brilliant We stayed as a family of 7 people and booked the entire Riad. Had amazing city views from the roof garden. It is ideally located 5 minutes walk access to main Road. It's in the heart of Medina. The area is like going back in time. The staff and owner looked after all our needs. Thankyou
