Great location. Great room. Loads of room, good kitchen. Aesthetically pleasing. Parking was easy. Gym was good.

Nice modern building in a great area. Spacious condo. IF it was managed by a different management company it would be a really fabulous place for an extended stay.

From the moment I booked the management team sent me “verification” emails requiring me to submit photo identification. I obliged and completed the process which thanked me for completing the process. Then they sent me a reminder the next day to complete the verification. I let the management team know and they said ignore it. Same thing the next day. Then the next day an urgent message saying I had not completed the verification. Very frustrating. It was a daily event communicating with the team. I became worried when I still could not get my checkin instructions as we were driving through Joshua Tree the next day and I wanted to know where I was going! Still no address provided! They only release the information at 10AM on the day of your checkin. I read the instructions and they said that the parking pass would be inside the unit with a sticker on it that had to stay on. We arrived after 4 PM checkin. No one was there it was self checkin. There was no pass in the unit. I contacted them and they told me I was supposed to print a pass? I spent over an hour with the management team on an overnight stay. Worried that my car would be towed. We could not find street parking. We had to get up at 6 AM to pack up in fear that our car would be towed. So NOT a good experience. I’m posting this in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. It could have been a great experience except for poor management. At one point they sent me checkin instructions for a property in Milwaukee. I had to tell them I’m in Phoenix.
