Convenient location

- Location is good, i.e 15 min walk to La Pinta beach and 15 minutes to Mercandona.
- Apartment is big in size, it has space for 4
- Large terrace,
- Good size wardrobes
- Smart TV
- Kitchen had everything for cooking including salt, oil, tea, sugar, few coffee pods,
- Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.
- Accommodation is good, but basic
- Cafe on premises service good breakfast cheap.
Below needs to be fixed to receive good reviews.
- Light with fan in main bedroom was not working,
- toilet door did not close,
- one side of the terrace door did not lock,
- light on terrace did not work;
- mattresses are very uncomfortable, main bedroom mattress was hard as a rock, ie you will not sleep well and will have back pain from the mattress.
- shower curtain dirty, you could easily flood bathroom by accident as it needs shower screen,
- toilet got blocked during our stay;
- half of the bathroom re-grouted to cover mold, which is still coming out.
- kitchen could be refreshed
- neighbour's dog was howling loud at nights.
