Easy instructions to procure keys and parking fob. The one bedroom condo was very quiet with a relaxed/chill vibe. Modern industrial interior with exposed stone walls. Great TV and wifi service. Host communication was excellent when we had a need. Washer and dryer worked great.
Main door and lobby had trash that wasn't picked up in a timely fashion. The garbage chute was stuffed full so trash bags needed to be pilled outside in the hall by the chute door. Almost all areas that we could take our dog to potty was littered with poop not picked up by other dog owners. This isn't the Malt Houses issues but a big nuisance. Not a lot of grassy areas to walk the dog.

Great place in a great location. Keys were extremely easy to retrieve. Lots of communication from host. Easy parking. Would love to return. Surrounding area is safe and funky. Coffee and beer steps from the apartment.
