Stylish 1BD - Central Downtown - Gym, Pool, Parking

Excellent location and value. Once I was able to get the AC turned on (thermostat is not intuitive and buttons don't always work), kept apartment cool, with ceiling fans that helped significantly. Patio with 2 chairs looking out on pool was nice treat. Immaculately cleaned ahead of my arrival.

Key pickup was a pain, with instructions linked from Booking app to another app that host discontinued during my stay (so no ability to find lock code to return key). Garage was filthy, with homeless and drug-users, so did not dare park there. Keyfobs didn't always work on doors and gate, took multiple tries. Barebone interior with concrete floors including in bathroom (not a good idea following a shower) that obviously had major water damage in past with rotting wood trim and drop-in shower not properly grounded. Cheapest possible appliances, cutlery, etc. in kitchen. Rock hard bed, flat pillows, and worn linens.

Quartier agréable et bonne localisation pour se balader dans les différents quartiers. Règles très strictes pour le Checkin et Checkout (facturation pour toute heure au delà de 10h00- 35usd). Apartement très confortable

I was coming for a conference at the convention center, so it was located on a grate place for both walking to the conference and arriving from the airport in public transportation

I was not bringing a car so it was a little difficult to find the entrance to the building. The first elevator I found was damaged so I had to go around finding for a good one.
