Hotel Bayberry Kathmandu - Near Tribhuvan International Airport

Cozy, friendly staffs , Anjali and others are very good staff members , the food really tasty and fresh , Indian and English breakfast were perfect , wish come back again

* The free airport pick-up and drop-off was a really nice touch and made arriving and leaving Kathmandu much easier. * The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Even the security guard kindly helped carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. * My room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. * The internet connection was reliable, which was particularly important for me as I was working remotely during my stay. * Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

* There is no lift, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or are staying on the upper floors. * The reception area is quite small, with limited seating. * The carpet in my original room did not appear clean, so I asked for it to be removed. * My first room was on the first floor close to the staircase, and the frequent foot traffic made it quite noisy. I eventually asked to be moved to another room.

Complementary taxi from airport, lovely room with excellent AC, very welcoming staff and great coffee. Delightful staff.
