Cleanliness, location, effective and silent AC, excellent soundproofing, many amenities.
The apartment was extremely compact with the bed placed directly opposite the door to the apartment ; a single chair was placed in the tiny space between the bed and kitchenette (we were two travellers). Equally frustrating is the fact that our only contact was an answering machine away. We were extremely fortunate to encounter one of the housekeeping staff who helped orient us.
