The apartment was much better than I hoped with a fully functioning kitchen so I didn't have to eat out all the time. Plenty of hanging/storage space in the main room, which would suit a long stay as well.
It was very clean and nicely decorated.
Plenty of helpful communication from the owner before arrival.
I couldn't find a key to access the garden area, but I'm not sure it was allowed.

Comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay.
Very loud sounds from rooms above
ALL the linen room n the bed plus the headboard did not smell or look fresh at all and I wondered if there even was a linen change before I used it. I slept on top of the duvet to try and minimize the smell but did not help much.

The room is clean and tidy. It is all expected in the booking.com! The kitchen has all utensils for cooking. It’s a nice place to stay.
Just the location is a bit far from the train station.

Lovely studio apartment. Handy for Hampton Court Palace. Great location, short walk to the bus stop and local shops, pubs and restaurants.
The only negative was the shower head holder, which was fairly floppy and could do with tightening,.
