Emplacement exceptionnel, une plage calme et vraiment à 30m, on peut s’y rendre même en pyjama pour méditer ! Et la marsa ville qui en haute de la colline regorge de toutes les commodités modernes ou traditionnelles. Le studio est richement meublé avec un style et objets locaux au goût vernaculaire tunisois. Un bon mariage entre orientalisme (tapis, art de table, bougeoir …) et modernité (la Clim, la télé, douche italienne…)

C’est le prix de son succès, les couples tombent amoureux de ces lieux alors ils en profitent et les murs ne sont pas très armés contre les excès …

Location is top, its safe also got 3 doors. Checking is easy and host very welcome. Bed is comfortable, there is ac, wifi, dinning table and kitchen, bathroom.

Kitchen not to clean. Flat needs restoration, there are no hair dryer, only 1 towel forn2 adults for 5 nights, no brush, no broom even a cloth. As its next to a beach when coming back there is nothing in the flat to wipe sand of the floor. After 4 nights sand was everywhere from bedroom to bath and living room. I mean its ok to crash but i definitely had better property rentals in Tunis for similar price. Will not use again for the these reasons.
