Excelente ubicación a media cuadra de la playa, a la vuelta de la peatonal, un edificio y departamento nuevo, todo impecable, muy cómodo, la pileta climatizada excelente ideal para cuando en la playa se pone frio o el clima no acompaña,

La fachada externa del edificio no se condice con lo lindo que es por dentro.

La limpieza del departamento no era buena, compramos lavandina para solucionar el olor a baño. La pileta del complejo estaba buena pero tenia mucho cloro.
