Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig
Der Schlafraum etwas eng. Die Terrasse ist von den danebenstehnden Häusern sehr einsehbar.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet, hell und mit netter kleinen Terrasse und guter Küche. Lage ist zentral, kurze Wege zu Restaurants. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Die Lage
Das erste was aufgefallen ist: Die Terrasse war ziemlich schmutzig und halb fertig, Stühle und die Tische waren voller Blütenstaub. Das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht abgewaschen. Es fehlen Gardinen, mit denen man die Zimmer verdunkeln kann. Nachts ist das ganze Haus voll beleuchtet, auch das Schlafzimmer, darum ist die ganze Hausfassade voller Spinnennetze und Mücken. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, es passt genau ein Bett mit der Breite von 160 cm hinein. Das Bett selber hat zwei Lattenroste die ich erst wieder mit den beiliegenden Bretter und Latten montieren musste.
