The house was one of the nicest we have rented. It was clean, well lit, had modern furnishings, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. It was close to the downtown area - if it hadn't been raining we would have walked more. We were provided early check in.
The upstairs was a bit warmer and there is no way to shut the vents on the main floor. This was a minor issue for our adult children as we had the main level bedroom. Evolve provided all the needed information when we booked but there was no follow up prior to our arrival - I reached out just to confirm and everything was in order. I just expected a reach out since it had been almost a year since I had booked.
