It was tricky understanding how to retrieve the keys. The instructions should be written more clearly; consider that travelers are tired and hungry and would benefit from easier key retrieval instructions. The lady who was cleaning allowed us to leave our luggage before check in, which was a real help. She was kind and friendly - we appreciated her! We kept trying to find out where to dispose of our garbage during our stay and were frustrated about what appeared to be AI answers which were no help. We would have preferred to talk to a live person. Maybe detailed instructions on the printed cards about this matter. Otherwise this apartment was beautiful and comfortable!!

Easier instructions for the key retrieval. We were not aquainted with this system at all. The mailbox was not marked with a number of the unit, so we just had to guess which box had the locked box.

Appartement tranquille et bien situé prés des services de base comme métro/autobus et épiceries. Il y a aussi quelques bons restaurants et boulangeries tout près.

Problèmes de WIFI/Télévision qui ont été signalés dès les premières journées. On ne pouvait pas connecter même en copiant/collant le mot de passe et aucun signal pour le téléviseur. Une dame de la conciergerie est passée et a pu corriger l'accès au WIFI, mais toujours pas de télévision. Le 24 avril nous avons constaté que la propriétaire (pas le service de conciergerie) était passée et avait ramassé une télécommande et la boîte du décodeur. On nous a offert comme dédommagement une bouteille de vin et des fleurs, qui nous fumes livrées la veille de notre départ. Nous aurions apprécié un dédommagement monétaire. Nous n'avions aucune information sur la manière et l'endroit pour disposer des déchets et récupération.
