Great location

Perfect location right in the heart of old city. Everything accessible by foot. The owner was very supportive. We arrived very late, but he waited for us and showed us where to park our car, in the location just around the corner from the property. Large, spacy apartment. Would definitely stay there again if we visited Genoa in the future.

Unbelievably great apartment with a very nice and helpful host located in a beautiful house directly in the centre of Ge

This is by far the best apartment in Genua. It is located directly in the city and it‘s modern and stylish. The host was so friendly, he helped us with the baggage und accompanied me with the car to the nearby parking place. He even invited us to his place/little bar at the sea to have breakfast. The regular italian breakfast is in a bar across the street. The apartment has all that is needed, it is clean and beautiful. In Summary, this apartment is the best price-performance option you can find in Genua. I would give 11 points if possible. Andrea, if you read this: thanks a lot for this beautiful stay in Genua!

Ottima soluzione centrale con ampi spazi vivibili

L'alloggio è in una posizione centrale a pochi minuti dalla galleria Mazzini e a piedi c'è tutto il centro a disposizione e con una passeggiata si arriva al porto. Per chi viaggi in automobile c'è un comodo parcheggio a pochi minuti a piedi aperto 24h. L'appartamento è grande e confortevole, ha tutto il necessario per stare comodi, seppur centrale non si sentono rumori. É ben tenuto. Il check in è comodo abbiamo ricevuto persino un video da parte di chi si occupa dell'appartamento. All'interno abbiamo trovato più di quanto ci aspettavamo. La tavola già apparecchiata, macchina caffé con cialde, bollitore the con i filtri a disposizione, prodotti monouso per il bagno, più asciugamani a testa. Vicino all'appartamento c'è un supermercato , pizzeria, hamburgheria, focacceria, bar e negozi. La persona che si occupa dell'appartamento è molto gentile, sempre disponibile. Un'ottima soluzione per girare Genova in tranquillità e quando si rientra ci si trova con degli spazi confortevoli. Abbiamo anche trovato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Tolle Lage, nahe vom Parking und dem Zentrum. Wohnung ist sehr gross, top sauber.

Super apartament w centrum

Spędziliśmy 4 super dni zwiedzając Genuę i okolice. Apartament położony w bardzo ładnie utrzymanej kamienicy z zabytkową windą w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, w centrum przy placu Ferrari gdzie znajdowały się przeróżne sklepy odzieżowe, restauracje, market, oraz linia Metra. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, ponieważ byliśmy w czasie największego upału, dostaliśmy jeszcze dodatkowy wentylator,za co nasi chłopacy byli bardzo wdzięczni. W apartamencie wszystko, co potrzebne jest do codziennego użytku, przez dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię po łazienkę z prostownicą do włosów 😁 Parking płatny 25€ za dobę kilka minut od apartamentu Rodzina 2+2 (13 lat i 18 lat) Jak najbardziej polecamy tą akomodację 🍀

Struttura in posizione centrale , appartamento ampio e pulito . Molto comodo anche il letto ! Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci tornerò in caso dovessi alloggiare nuovamente a Genova

Je recommande vivement cet appartement

Cet appartement a un emplacement idéal. Il est à 2 pas de la place Ferrari et donc du métro et des bus (1 station de métro de la gare GENOVA Brignoles pour aller visiter un peu plus loin…). Limitrophe du centre ancien et donc de tous les sites à découvrir pour un moyen/court séjour. 10/15 min à pieds du port. Immeuble situé dans une ruelle à l’abris du bruit mais en même temps au cœur d’un quartier très agréable et riche de restaurants pour tous budgets. L’appartement est à l’identique des photos présentées sur booking. Propre, spacieux. Canapés et literie très confortables. Avec mon fils, après nos longues balades, nous avons pu nous détendre et bien nous reposer. L’appartement est en étage desservi par un ascenseur à « l’ancienne » que mon fils a adoré. Comme présenté sur le site, parking publique à vraiment 5 min à pieds. 25€ par jour. Le prix de la sérénité. ( le quartier ancien est en zone ZTL= pas de circulation ni de stationnement hors dérogation) Et pour finir, Andrea, l’hôte de cet appartement, est disponible et très sympathique. Conclusion : je vous recommande vivement cet appartement. 😉

Ottima posizione, pulito e spazioso

Appartamento in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza de Ferrari, molto spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto quello che può servire. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, se dovessimo tornare a Genova sicuramente staremo ancora qua!

Appartement très grand ( nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants), très beau bâtiment, au calme, propre, sent très bon. Appartement bien placé ( à 10 mins à pied du port de Gênes ou se trouve l’aquarium, la ville des enfants la biosphère ). Serviettes et produits de toilette fournis. Au 3 eme etage mais avec ascenseur, très pratique lorsqu’on a une poussette par exemple … Concernant l’hôte, a toujours été disponible, réactif +++ aux demandes. Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner à son café en bord de mer, cadre très agréable. Séjour au top Je recommande +++
