Overall, Both Grace and Alvin were terrific as host to the location, Mr Don, the Owner was friendly and helpful during the check-in process and love the pool, and the AC as we are in the Philipines, so its a must for those visiting. Kareoke was fun and it was just a pleasant stay overall :) Thank you Don and TEAM 😃

Well-coordinated instruction of the owner to the caretaker and we had the entire property rented for a night.
Would have been better if the pool is all set for swimming upon arrival.
Also, an A/C unit could spell a big difference in terms of comfort of the occupants inside the main house.
