Location was great!!!

Arrived Friday night heat working fine nice and cozy…. Very roomy and we loved the layout and the bedroom Options and the beds were super comfy!!!! Downside We were unable to use the stove due to a propane leak as it smelled like propane entering home…. so we lost money in the groceries we purchased prior to arriving to make for dinner which required using the stove and we ended up ordering out…. The kitchen sink was also leaking and made a huge mess in the kitchen we had to clean up and was unable to use until Saturday when they got someone out to check property and fix. Air bnb property customer service came out that night and cut off the gas to stove not sure if that had something to do with it but after that point the heat no longer was working and was EXTREMELY cold in the Home - thermostats were reading in the 50s and 62 was the highest! We were unable to use the upstairs bedrooms on Day 2 because of how cold it was so we all crammed into the living room and slept on the couch and floor wearing multiple layers and multiple blankets - running only a space heater that got the open space to a reading of 62 on the thermostat. Other than an apology there was no offer from property to compensate or discount the stay for the issues or inconvenience this caused.
